First, we do a thorough pre inspection of all the areas to be cleaned. During this inspection, we check for any tough stains, problem areas, or noticeable spots that warrant a pre treating. If we find any, we take care of them accordingly.

The second thing we do is to apply an emulsifier over the carpet, which helps to loosen and dissolve all of the embedded soils. This ensures that you have a truly deep clean, not just one that looks good at first glance, but then shows stains again in a few days like many in-home machines.

Our third step of the carpet cleaning process consists of a fresh water rinse. During this rinse, all of the soils (as well as the cleaning detergents we applied) are removed. There is no residue left behind that could attract even more dirt later on, or makes your carpet look dirtier than when we began cleaning. In-home machines that can’t thoroughly rinse out the shampoo they use leave a sticky film behind, covering the carpet fibers, which allows new dirt to cling to it.

The final step is to vacuum out all of the water. We are lucky enough to have at our disposal powerful truck-mounted equipment that has enough vacuum power to remove almost all of the moisture contained within your carpet fibers. Instead of leaving your carpets soaking wet, your carpets will only be damp. Once we have finished this drying process, the average wait time for your carpets to be completely dry again is between one and two hours. You won’t have to wait six or more hours for your carpets to be dry like in the past!
